For reserved bikes, processing begins only after full payment has been received.

Refunds & Returns Policy

At Dynamix Rides, we are committed to delivering high-quality electric bikes alongside a seamless purchasing experience. This policy outlines the terms governing order cancellations, deposits, returns, and refunds. By placing an order with us, you agree to the conditions outlined below.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within a limited window after purchase, provided processing or shipment has not yet begun.

  • Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible
  • Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible
  • Approved cancellations may be subject to processing fees

Deposit & Reservation Policy

To reserve a bike, a 30% deposit is required.

  • Deposits secure your selected model and confirm your order
  • Deposits may be refundable only within the agreed timeframe and before processing begins
  • Once preparation or shipment has started, the deposit becomes non-refundable

Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only under strict conditions:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Return requests must be made within 3–7 days of delivery
  • Valid proof of purchase is required

Dynamix Rides reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the issue
  • We will assess the case and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable

Refund Process

Once a return has been approved:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
  • Shipping and handling fees may be non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged items not caused during delivery
  • Bikes that have been modified after purchase
  • Returns sent without prior approval

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error
  • We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping for all returns
